Femora is designed to provide AI-powered menstrual and wellness tracking, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree to use the app responsibly and at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Femora. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the service.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Femora is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
  • You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

4. Health Disclaimer

  • Femora provides AI-generated insights based on user-submitted data.
  • These insights are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Femora does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee medical outcomes.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

5. Subscription & Payments

Premium features are offered through paid subscriptions managed by Stripe.

  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe — Femora never stores card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Refunds are handled according to Stripe's and Femora's refund policy.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and trademarks of Femora are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Femora's software or materials without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of any data or content you upload to Femora. By using the app, you grant Femora a non-exclusive, limited license to process this data only for providing and improving the service. Your personal content will never be shared or sold.

8. Privacy Commitment

Femora's core philosophy is privacy. We will never monetize or disclose your health data. All data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

Femora aims for continuous uptime and reliable performance. However, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Femora is not liable for any data loss or interruptions beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Femora shall not be liable for:

  • Any health decisions made based on AI insights.
  • Loss of data caused by user deletion or third-party integration failure.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of Femora implies acknowledgment of these limitations.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your Profile settings. Femora reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Upon termination, your personal data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product improvements or regulatory compliance. Users will be notified of any major updates through in-app alerts or email.
